5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders promptly. However, shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Once your order has been handed over to the courier or Australia Post, Curenex Australia is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs holds (for international orders), or lost packages, though we will assist in tracking and resolving issues where possible.

6. Returns and Refunds Policy

Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

A. Change of Mind Returns We accept returns for "Change of Mind" within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  1. The item is strictly unopened, unused, and still in its original sealed packaging. Due to hygiene and health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened skincare products.

  2. You have proof of purchase (order number).

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

B. Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or faulty:

  • Please contact us immediately at support@curenex.com.au with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Limitation of Liability
